Practical Solution

  • Domoticz software is installed on the Raspberry Pi
  • At the front door, the bell is connected to the ESP8266 Wi-Fi module
  • A Telegram Bot has been created from the client's Telegram account
  • The Raspberry and ESP8266 modules were connected via Domoticz software
  • A script is written on the Raspberry Pi to take a photo from the IP camera
  • The required Domoticz configuration is performed
  • The client receives a photo in Telegram chat whenever the doorbell is activated
