Status Description
- The customer had 25 incoming telephone lines arriving at the PBX PANASONIC D500, and 10 of those 25 lines were in PBX
- Subsequently, when there was a need for additional outlets, the PANASONIC TA616 PBX was installed and used while connected to the D500
- When a call would come in, the person had two phones, one for the D500 and the other for the TA616, and depending on the incoming call or extension, the person would answer to one or the other phone
- All the telephone network and all the telephones were analogue
Client’s Conditions
- Introduce m: tel SIP trunk
- To place VoIP phones in certain workplaces
- To connect the existing TD500 PBX, at which will remain a part of the analog outlets, to the new VoIP telephone system
- To allow users which are on the GSM VPN network to dial from a landline phone
- To introduce a software meter for telephone minutes consumption by local and call types (local, regional, mobile, international) to control consumption

Practical Solution
- A Yeastar MyPBX U500 PBX was installed, to which five SIP trunks with a total of 21 numbers that are given by m: tel were delivered via the WAN port
- Inserted three B2 modules into the U500 with two BRI lines each and a transverse connection to the Panasonic TD500 via 12 voice channels
- Four GSM modules were inserted into which four m:tel GSM cards were installed that are in the client's VPN network
- SIP local created for receptionist location and Yealink T28P with EXP38 expansion module where installed with speed dial locations set up.
- The person selects and transfers both analogue and SIP locations via one telephone
- SIP locations created that are set up on the Panasonic HDV 130 and Polycom SoundPoint 650 phones
- PBX was set up for direct call forwarding of certain numbers to certain locations
- PBX was set up for calls to external numbers, with restrictions and permissions set for each location individually
- A conversation recording module was installed in combination with hard disk for storage
- King Tarifon v1 software module installed and connected to the control panel
